In order to utilize the eValuePrompter within a salesforce.com org, Professional, Enterprise or Unlimited Editions are a minimum requirement.  Salesforce.com does not provide access to the Application Protocol Interface (API) in group edition which is what we utilize for the integration to be seamless within the CRM system.

Users need the following to efficiently run the eValuePrompter™ on their computer.

  • A Web-Browser - Internet Explorer 6.0 or above or Firefox 1.0
  • Adobe Flash Player 8.0 or above
  • Adobe Reader 8.0 or Above (if you have an older version, please go update your Adobe Reader at www.adobe.com).
  • Internet Connection for on-demand systems.

If nothing is happening when you clicked on the eValuePrompter link, ensure you have all your pop-up blockers turned off for your web browser or have accepted a pop-up from the website.

The three Pop-Up Blockers include:

1. Built in Pop-Up Block for Internet Explorer or Firefox.

2. Google Pop-Up Blocker

3. Yahoo Pop-Up Blocker

If you clicked on the launch button or text link in your CRM that states eValuePrompter and you receive a blank web browser window, you will need to install Acrobat Flash Player. This is available to download for free at www.adobe.com.

Install the Flash Player and try again.

Once payment has been settled you will receive an email confirming your login details to access your Personal Edition account. Simply click on the client login link on the home page of this web site.
To set up a ValueSelling Personal Edition trial license simply go to the purchase section of the web site and select the FREE 30 Day Trial from the license type menu and complete the registration form. Once registration is complete you will receive an email confirming your login details to access your Personal Edition account for the next 30 days.
To purchase a ValueSelling Personal Edition license simply go to the purchase section of this web site, select the Annual Subscription selection from the license type menu and complete the egistration formand you will be transferred to our secure payment pages.

Yes. If your CRM or contact management system supports integration to third-party products, then through using the eValuePrompter Software Developer's Kit (SDK) enable you to build eValuePrompter into your application.

Please see the eValuePrompter SDK section under CRM Integrations.  Also we will need to verify if your system has all the requirements within it for the SDK.
